You Choose!The Buyer can request the Types of Property (SFR, Commercial, Multi-Family, etc.), Rehab Level, LTV Range, Value Range and Location. Properties may be purchased for as little as .45 cents on the dollar. You will be given a specified amount of time to do your “due diligence” and be expected to CLOSE within 15 business days.
